A Solstice Celebration

Begins at 5:30 AM with Sunrise fire ceremony and Gayatri Mantra to welcome this auspicious day with illumination.

After the fire ceremony we prepare for the traditional ritual of Surya Namaskar with Mantra, 12 repetitions to mark the path of the Sun relative to Earth around the Zodiac. We will end with meditation, reflection and closing mantra.

Chai will be served after class, feel free to bring anything light, healthy to share.
