Come together to learn\, connect\, reflect\, and grow as we explore the people\, traditions\, and teachings that helped shape modern Yoga. \nWe will screen Breath of the Gods\, a documentary exploring the origins of modern Yoga through the life and teachings of Sri T. Krishnamacharya and the tradition that influenced generations of teachers and practitioners. \nThe film offers a fascinating opportunity to look beyond the postures and reconnect with the roots\, lineage\, and living tradition of Yoga. Following the film\, we’ll gather for an informal community conversation and reflection: \nWhat is Yoga? How has the practice evolved? And what does it mean to honor tradition while allowing Yoga to remain meaningful in our lives today? \nEvening Schedule\n5:00 PM — Welcome\, film introduction\, snacks + refreshments\n5:30 PM — Screening of Breath of the Gods\nAfter the film — Community conversation + reflection \nThis event is free and open to the community. Everyone is welcome—from the Yoga-curious to longtime practitioners and teachers. \nCome comfortably!
