Ayurvedic Yoga + Meditation
Reconnect with your body, breath, and awareness through this integrated Ayurvedic Yoga practice rooted in tradition. The class weaves together classical and Prana Vinyasa Flow Yoga (Shiva Rea) with pranayama (breathwork), seasonally inspired, doshic sequencing and meditation to support balance and transformation.
Classes follow a progressive, krama-based (staged) approach, making the practice accessible and meaningful for all levels.
Each session is thoughtfully structured to guide you step by step, allowing the practice to unfold organically and effectively. We begin and close with mantra to align the mind, honor lineage, and ground the practice in intention.
Our Yoga classes are unique in that we are rooted in Yoga tradition bridging together Vedic wisdom to support modern life.

Pilates Mat & Tone
Strengthen from the core outward with this dynamic and intelligently sequenced Pilates Mat & Tone class. Rooted in Joseph Pilates’ original method, the practice emphasizes precision, breath, control, and alignment to build strength, improve posture, and increase body awareness.
The class blends classical mat Pilates with additional toning and strengthening exercises integrated at the beginning and end of the session. This balanced format supports both stability and fluidity, leaving the body feeling elongated, strong, and energized.
Suitable for all levels, this class offers a focused yet accessible way to build strength with intention and integrity.

U.Natural Method® Workout
U.Natural Method® is a globally practiced, equipment-free movement system created by Raphael Romano, combining functional strength, mobility, breath, and natural rhythm. This practice reconnects you to the body’s innate intelligence through grounded movement and progressive flow.
In this class, you’ll move through spirals, strength-based poses, and cardio activation in a slow, progressive build, allowing each exercise to layer naturally into the next. The method emphasizes presence, adaptability, and freedom of movement—without mirrors, machines, or pressure.
Accessible to all levels, U.Natural Method invites you to move as you are, guided only by your breath, your body, and your inner power.
